We sell both physical and digital goods, and the return process differs depending on the product type.
2. Returns for Physical Products
2.1 Eligibility Window
We accept returns on eligible physical items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- It must be returned in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food items, consumables, etc.)
- Health and hygiene products (e.g., personal care, opened cosmetics)
- Gift cards, coupons, or downloadable gift codes
- Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products
- Clearance or final sale items
2.3 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
2.4 Inspection & Approval
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund or exchange has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
3. Refunds
3.1 Full or Partial Refunds
Refunds are generally processed in the following cases:
- The product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The order was cancelled before shipment.
- The item was returned within the eligible window and approved upon inspection.
We reserve the right to issue partial refunds if:
- The item is not returned in its original condition or packaging.
- Parts or accessories are missing.
- The return is made beyond the stated period but accepted as an exception.
3.2 Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after return approval.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.
3.3 Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please:
- Check your bank or card account again.
- Contact your payment provider (PayPal, credit card company, etc.).

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size (when applicable).
To exchange an item, please email us at support@fizbi.shop within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos (if applicable).
If the item is approved for exchange, we’ll provide further instructions for returning the original product.
5. Digital Products
5.1 Non-Returnable Nature
Due to the instant access and downloadable nature of digital goods, all sales of digital items are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or accessed, except in the following cases:
- Duplicate or accidental purchases (verified by order records)
- Technical issues preventing access (verified by our support team)
- Defective digital content (e.g., corrupted files)
5.2 Refunds for Digital Goods
Refunds for digital products will be granted at our sole discretion after verifying eligibility. We may request screenshots, order confirmation, or system logs to confirm technical issues.
6. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped or processed for delivery.
If the order has already been dispatched, it will be treated as a return (see Section 2).
For digital orders, cancellation requests must be made before download or access. Once a digital file or service has been accessed, the order cannot be cancelled.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@fizbi.shop.
- Include your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.
- Once verified, we’ll provide a replacement, refund, or credit at no additional cost to you.
We may require the defective product to be returned before issuing a replacement.
8. Refund Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Returns requested after the eligible window (14 days from delivery).
- Items returned without authorization.
- Products damaged through misuse or improper handling.
- Digital items accessed, downloaded, or used.
9. Return Authorization Process
To initiate a return:
- Email support@fizbi.shop with your order number, reason for return, and (if applicable) photos of the product.
- Await a Return Authorization (RA) confirmation from us.
- Ship the item to the address provided in our RA email.
Please do not return any product without prior authorization, as unapproved returns may be refused.
